Virtual Services Now Available
We are taking great caution to protect our loved ones during the Coronavirus, as well as yours. While our team is continuing to work remotely we've taken other precautions. We are now available for virtual meetings, showings as well as virtual open houses!!
For our Buyers:
In an effort to keep with limiting the potential spread we are doing property tours virtually first. If you love the place, then we can either write an offer and get you under contract with a short contingency for a one time in person showing or we can run you out before you write to see it as long as we follow the CDC guidelines and have a current Pre Approval letter.
If you are just getting started we can also jump on a Zoom call and go over the home buying process and walk you through the steps you should be considering to purchase your home.
For our Sellers:
For our sellers, we are leveraging 3D tours, Property walk through tours, life style videos, and virtual showings. In the case the home is occupied we may be able to organize a zoom where all the parties are on together to show the home virtually. In the case of vacant properties, the buyer agent can do the showings (virtual or otherwise).
